Fill in email and password, sent verification code on email straight away when page comes up for entry of code no keyboard available and after one minute code goes off. Have switched phone off/on to no avail, and removed app and re selectted.
Hey @GHL. Could you take a screenshot of what the page looks like when you try to submit the verification code? Ensure you mask any personal information from your account login if it shows in this screenshot. In addition, please try tapping on your screen if possible in various areas or where the box is to submit the code to see if this pops up your keyboard!
Thanks but all ok after I shut down phone 3 times. All up and running on mobile now
