Upgraded Verizon Router and Now Can't Connect to My Ring Devices

I just upgraded my Verizon/Fios Home Router to the G3100 Fios Gigabit Router and have had nothing but problems re-stablishing a Wi-Fi connection to my Ring Stick-up Cam and Ring Flood Light Cam, as well as, I can not establish a connection (Bluetooth or Wi-Fi) to the Base Station/Key Pad.

I have reset all my devices manually and still can not connect any of my devices to the network. (and YES my network is up and working). Any Help/Tips would be appreciated! Thank You!

Have you reached out to Verizon support and asked them? Maybe it’s a config issue on their router.
