Upgrade Device but lost my Protection Plan

Early this year I purchased the entire Year for Basic Protection. I recently upgraded my Ring Doorbell 2 to the Ring Pro. Now, my account shows as a trial for the new device. I still have 6-7 month left on my original $30 payment ($17 worth of protection). I am currently just using the Ring Pro and I have removed the Video Doorbell 2 from my account. How can I get my available credit applied to my current Ring Pro?
