Can someone tell me how to switch over my existing subscription to my new doorbell pro device? I had had an account for several years. Do I need to cancel the old one first?
Hey @Phil2020. If you have removed the old device you had attached to a plan and the Pro does not have the old plan, you may need to go in and cancel the Protect Plan that was already there, and then sign up for a new one for the Pro. Once you sign up for a new one, you should be all set on the Doorbell Pro having coverage!
