My Ring Doorbell 2 is highly unstable. I can view sometimes for rings and motion but sometimes, when I cick on live view, it keeps spinning for ever and then times out saying Live view ended.

I have called twice and they went through the whole process of resetting and reconnecting but still the reliability is low.

Anyone else having the same issue?

Also, my internet speed at the door bell is always above 100 Mbps DL and UL.

I dont have “Never Activating” issue. Its intermittent /unreliable.

Again I can check the live view but its only 20% to 40% of the time. It will either time out the remaining time or take an unusually long time (more than a few mins) to show the live feed.

I have been told to reset the device, get my device next to my router, put my ring outside my firewall but all the above solutions have failed.

I have EXACTLY the same issue.

It started 3-4 months ago. Before that it was always reliable.

No problems watching event history, or receiving door bell notifications. Only affects Live View.
