Unremovable ad on dashboard

This morning, I opened the Ring web app dashboard to see this:
There is no close button, and using either of the buttons just opens to a new tab, and clicking on Dashboard on either of those just goes back to the dashboard with the ad blocking everything.
Ring is unusable in this state. If this cannot be removed, I see no other option than to use a different service.

Hi @user77189. Are you using a web browser extension for dark mode? There is an “x” in the top right corner, but it’s quite hard to see due to the dark mode. Can you try clicking the “x” to see if that properly removes the pop-up for you? if it doesn’t, I’ll reach out to my team about this for further investigation.
