I have just changed my router and although the Ring doorbell has been set up successfully, the chime will not recognise the 5 digit code on the back of the doorbell. I have tried 5 or 6 times but it keeps saying the code is incorrect. HELP!
Hi @GillianY27. Are you trying to set up a Ring Chime or Chime Pro? You would not use the QR code on the back of the Ring Doorbell to set up a different Ring device.
