I’ve changed Internet providers and I’ve tried to follow reconnect to wifi in ring app instructions which state
Select Video Doorbell you need to reconnect to wifi
Tap Device Health
Tap Reconnect to wifi or change wifi network
Here’s the issue there is NO Reconnect to wifi or Change wifi network so that’s why I’m logging this issue. What can I do to resolve this?

Hi @user69094. If you’re the Owner of the Ring Doorbell, and not a Shared User, you should be able to follow the steps here to reconnect your Doorbell to wifi. However, you can also walk through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. This will allow you to enter in a new wifi network name and password if these have changed.
