unable to view/play history

Hello,

We have a ring doorbell2 and I am unable to play back any motions/rings/or live view within my history. I am able to view them at the time of event just not within my history. I am trying to go back 3 weeks. I simply went into my hostory and I am able to star it or delete it but not play it. Please help.

Hi @trostien24, have you attempted to redownload the Ring app? It sounds like it may need a fresh download to go back to functioning as it once was. Please delete the Ring app from your device, reboot your device (turn it off/on) and then reinstall the app. Let me know if this addresses your concern, and if it does not, please describe in detail what happens when you attempt to click and view an event from your event history.
