Unable to use live view on video doorbell

I’m unable to use live view. Both on Ring app as well as Rapid Ring. On both wifi, 4G and using another ISP. This happens on Android.

I’ve restarted my router, still the same.

This is not the first time it happened.
I’d rate Ring reliability as 2/5

Thanks for including the image example and steps covered, @caffeine! Attempting on multiple Ring apps and networks is a great method. If you are also able to test another mobile device, this can quickly rule out many of these factors. Please also ensure there is not a VPN enabled, and that there are no Android apps that conflict with the Ring app. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:
