Unable to subscribe

I am trying to subscribe the basic protect plan, but every time when I click "Subscribe", the next screen always shows "Look like you are new,..." (Please see the attachment), which is weird and effectively stops me from going any further to Subscribe a plan. Hi @user65819. Try using a different web browser to see if that helps. You also want to make sure you do not have a VPN active on your phone.
