Unable to setup

I have a ring doorbell 3.
Because I was having problems I also got a chime Pro.
Good Wi-Fi signal to both.
All seems good, connection confirmed, Camera works.
Chimes and rings once.
Then it stops - loses video, ring and chime.
Happens either via the hub or through the chime pro.

I should add that it has been working since November 2021.

Hi @Bob_h. Adding a Chime Pro to your network shouldn’t negatively impact the Doorbell 3’s connection or performance. I’d suggest fully resetting your Doorbell and completing a fresh setup to clear any technical issues. You can reset the Doorbell by holding down the setup button underneath the faceplate for 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, walk through the steps under Set Up a Device to get the Doorbell back up and running.

When connecting the Doorbell to the Chime Pro, make sure the the Chime Pro is installed at a halfway point between your router and the Doorbell. This will ensure the Chime Pro can provide a good connection. Should you run into any issues getting the Doorbell set up or connected, try some of the troubleshooting steps here.
