I am having exactly the same issue. The process of trying to set up motion schedule is stuck in a loop. My address is already stored but it thinks it isn’t. When I confirm the address, it takes me back to the same menu.
I’m trying to enable motions schedules for both a video door bell wired and indoor cam. Firmware is up to date on all devices. iOS Ring app version is 5.56.1.
Hi @user28532. Are you the owner of the Ring device or a Shared User? It would also be helpful if you could share a short screen recording showing what happens as you try to set up a Motion Schedule. This would give my team a better idea of what you’re seeing on your end.
It just is not going to the rule section where I can put in the schedule. It loops back continuously to the beginning where I have to put in my address and then the location.
