Unable to reconnect ring device

I tried five times to connect to my new router an it still doesn’t work?? Uggh Im frustrated

Hi @user40756. Which model of Ring Doorbell are you setting up? You can find the model name on the original packaging. Is there a particular error message in the Ring app or a light pattern on the Doorbell you’re trying to set up? We have several different troubleshooting steps for setup issues here that I’d also recommend trying.
