Unable to reconnect indoor cam

I’ve been having problems trying to reconnect an indoor cam to my WiFi.

Previously worked fine but during setup to connect to WiFi it was asking me to join a ring WiFi but would never connect. When I manually connect to WiFi I see a ring network (with different number) and it lets me connect to that.

Then Going back to connect my ring indoor cam to my WiFi it says failed.

I then get an email from ring titled “ Ring Device Setup Attempt Blocked” and talks about being registered to previous owner (which is still me??)

I read a post saying to remove the device and re-add but now I cannot add device and also no longer in my list.

I’m pretty tech savvy but this is going round in circles.

Getting confused and frustrated with this!!!
