Unable to login when using Chrome

I’m unable to login to ring when using chrome. I’m using a Mac. This has been the case for a very long time (maybe since the beginning). I really want to solve this issue now. Here are the things I’ve tried or done already but have not helped:

  • Updated Chrome to latest version
  • Made sure I’m not connected to VPN
  • Cleared cookies related to Ring
  • Cleared saved password and manually typed credentials
  • Reset my password (it was not possible to reset with chrome, had to do it on my phone)

Note: I’m able to login fine with Safari.
