Unable to log in to my Ring App

I have been logged out of my Ring App and every time I attempt to log back in I get “Cannot Log In. Please Try Again” I have restarted my phone and redownloaded the app multiple times. I know it isn’t an issue with my log in info because I am able to log in on the website no problem.

I am currently overseas, and the App has allowed me to stay connected with my family back home. Is there any way to speak to a representative via email? I am unable to Chat on my network and I do not have capabilities to make a phone call.
