should emphasize in the app and in the instructions that a full 100% charge is required.
I have 3 new cameras. Only 1 of the 3 were able to ‘join.’ They did not show up in my WiFi network options on my phone. The square code was able to scan…so not sure why it’s not working. They are fully charged brand new batteries provided with my new cameras. HELP!!
Did you get a response? We have similar issue with ours! Although Ours worked perfectly fine for a couple months, then out of the blue, stopped being connected and now we just get the spinning white circle of doom, along with the "Can’t connect to network Ring-xxxxxx. Then a second later it will ask me, do you want to join Ring-xxxxx, I’ll press Join, then I’m right back to Can’t connect to netwrok Ring-xxxxx over and over.
