Unable to connect with Live View

After using our Ring for several years, we’ve recently stopped being able to connect using “Live View.” The app shows “Activating Device” … and then “We’re having trouble connecting to your Front Door.”

Oddly, if motion or a ring activates the video, it works fine.

I’m having the Same problem just started last night on my camera and doorbell

I’ve got similar, but never records or activate on motion sensor. Device also drops off wifi all the time even when placed next to router so not a signal issue. Other cameras all work fine

My live view didn’t work for a week until I switched off my Surfshark VPN. I have no problem with live view anymore.
