Unable to connect to new Wifi

I am unable to set up my ring doorbell on our new wifi. It says that somebody else owns it and they will need to share it with me. But the owner is me. I logged into my account and it says that the owner is me as well. Please can anybody help

Hi @khughes. Are you signed in to the same account that the Doorbell is set up under? If not, it will give you this message. If the Doorbell is already on your account, you should be able to go to Devices > your Doorbell > Device Health and select Change Wi-Fi Network. If that doesn’t work and you’re still receiving this message after ensuring you’re signed into the correct Ring account, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. They can take a closer look for you and make sure everything is in order.
