Unable to connect to network “ring”

Installing my ring doorbell pro that I won in a blind auction. The installation went fine. Was able to get it context worked fine. It went off line then the issues began. So I decided to do a hard reset. Now every time I try and setup it says unable to connect to network “ring-“. I am think that’s the internal wireless. I’ve followed all the troubleshooting.

Please help. It worked for about 15 mins.
