Unable to connect Chime gen 2 with network

Just wondering if anyone can help - I have a chime 2 that is now refusing to connect to the WiFi - I have rebooted it and deleted it from my account but if I go to add it all appears ok u til it tries to connect to the WiFi, which takes ages and then fails
Then it asks me to try again
And again
And again

Any ideas?
I have rebooted the router

Hi @AndyFla. I was able to find this Community post where other neighbors had a similar concern. There is a marked solution with steps to try and what to do if those steps do not work.
