Does anyone here know how to go about making a warranty claim under UK / EU Consumer rights?

My device warranty ran out in Dec 2019, phoned ring today and within minutes they said new device needed. The microphone on the flood light cam is giving low volume.

Given the fact that it’s an expensive device, surely it should last longer??

Hi @Safy. Rings warranty policy can be found here. Outside of that warranty, if you have the Ring Protect Plus Plan, your warranty can be extended. If your device needs replacing, but is out of warranty, you should have the option for a discount code that can be used towards the purchase of a new device. :slightly_smiling_face:
