I’ve just purchased a second gen echo dot and a Ring video doorbell - I’ve tried everything to enable me to speak to doorbell but with no luck!! I’ve tried everything - it is connected to ring as it says there is someone at the door but I can’t talk - echo bot says it isn’t configured or something - can anyone please help???
Hi @user41227. We have this Help Center page with steps for enabling two-way communication through Amazon Echo devices. If your Echo Dot is still saying it is not configured, the next best step would be to contact Alexa support.
