When I originally installed my Ring Pro, I had to install the Pro Power adapter on my door bell in the house, and then the app told me I needed to swap out the power converter in my garage that powers the door bell. That all went great until I realized that my house had two door bells mounted on opposite ends of house. I noticed this because the second one I was not aware of was humming like crazy one day. To resolve this, can I just buy an additional Pro Power Kit and install on the second door bell?
Hi @bpbrun. You would only need a second Pro Power Kit if you had a second Doorbell Pro. Below is an example of how the wiring should look for two internal doorbells and one Doorbell Pro. I’d suggest checking the wiring for the second internal doorbell to see if anything looks off.
