  Broken software. Please fix this bug. The Safety Notifications cannot be turned off on my iPhone. This software is also demanding that I choose one form of Neighbor interaction. It wont' allow me to opt-out of neighborhood spying. I chose "Lost Pet" as the least noxious selection.

  I am also having this problem. I have turned off the weekly safety reports in the app for all my locations and it still pops up, just happened today. Really annoying, please fix this Ring! It can't be that difficult to give us control over notification settings and a way to opt out of these things

  After other methods to disable notifications failed, I called customer service and got this workflow to disable Neighborhood safety reports for iOS. It essentially removes the whole neighbors feature: Menu → Control Center → Neighbors ->Neighbors Feature → Disable

  For the record THIS is the only way to turn off this terrible feature but it can’t be done on the iOS app. It HAS to be done through the web browser.

  All my devices just notified me of a weekly Safety Report. I don’t want this report. Info says it’s from 3rd party data that may not be accurate. Ring Community has complaints about this silly report that go back two and a half years where it was reported it couldn’t be turned off for iOS. Is there a resolution for this bug? Why did I get this report? Am I going to get a response from Ring saying it has been fixed, followed by additional responses saying it is still a bug?

  This is not a technical issue / bug, it is entirely intentional that you cannot turn it off. The "safety report", as the "neighbors" feature itself, is nothing more than a marketing and spam vehicle for Ring. Just turn off the neighbors feature. It's useless, and turning it off will turn off this useless "safety report". Have you ever once seen something useful on "Neighbors"? Thought not.
