if im away and my alarm goes off then how do i know and importantly how do i turn it off remotely!?

Hi @CCRing. The above comment is correct. All of this can be controlled via the Ring app.

Apologies - i appreciate now my question was open to interpretation.
What i really mean is… how will i know the alarm i going off to then be able to turn it off via the app?
I assume the answer is that there will be a notification to my phone that the alarm is going off?

That is correct,assuming you have notifications turned on,o you phone
