You can find this information on the back of the Doorbell itself, on the original packaging, or on the Device Health page in the Ring App. Additionally, have you tried a reset or any other type of troubleshooting steps to resolve this yet? I’d be happy to offer some helpful suggestions once I have a bit more information.
