Trying to Reconnect my Alarm Range Extenders after a WiFi password change. BUT, my app shows one extender but not the second one.
Hi @Katie54. You can walk through a new setup of the second Range Extender in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If that doesn’t work, try factory resetting the Range Extender first, then attempting another setup. Should neither of these troubleshooting steps resolve the issue, please follow up with our support team so they can take a closer look.
