Trying a device re-set; Ring Wi-Fi not an option

I re-booted my Wi-Fi the other day. I just now noticed that my device is offline.

I went through the steps to reconnect. All goes well until: when I get to "Wi-Fi Settings, the “ring” wi fi option is not there; only my home Wi-Fi. How do I get it to re-set up my device please. Spotlight Battery Cam. thanks in advance.

Hey @CiraMIA. Please try resetting the Ring device for 30 seconds by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, and then trying another setup! If you still cannot set up the device, could you try re-setting up on another phone or tablet?
