I’m trying to troubleshoot and I have a circle white light that wont go off and ring doorbell camera isn’t on
Hey @THampton. Do you have the Doorbell hardwired? If you have the Doorbell hardwired, the white light will be lit up on the Doorbell itself, as this is showing that the device is receiving power.
