I went away for weekend and put Ring Doorbell 3 on Away & when I came back home and put back to home it is not working.
I have set it all up again & re installed & video doorbell still not working
Hi @Libby0403. Can you clarify which part of the Doorbell is not working properly for you? Does the Live View not connect in the Ring App, or is the Doorbell not responding when you walk in front of it or ring the button? Feel free to attach any screenshots or videos that may help demonstrate what you’re experiencing as well.
