Trouble Setting Up Location - Ring Doorbell 3

After I scan the QR code, it asks you to “set up your first location”. However, when I try to do this it wont seem to let me register it so that I can click ‘Continue’ at the bottom of the page.

I’ve also noticed on a number of ‘how to’ Youtube videos that the map at the bottom of the page is not present on mine. I’ve tried repeatedly to enable all of the location setting I can, none of which has worked.

I’d be very greatful for any ideas.

Hi @MarkSmith. What type of phone are you using for setup? There may be something on your phone that is conflicting with the Ring app. Do you have an alternate phone or tablet to try and complete the setup with? Also, would this happen to be a new construction build? Sometimes, those address are not yet updated in the system and can cause a bit of an issue when trying to setup a new device.
