Trouble installing Dome Siren

Hi,
I’m trying to add two new Dome Sirens to my Ring alarm system. I followed the instructions and added the first siren easily. I’m having trouble with the second one. I’ve been around and around, but each time I try to connect it, the app fails to find the siren. I’ve tried closing the app, removing the battery, and starting again and still nothing is working. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi @jcblackjracc. You shouldn’t have issues adding a second Dome Siren. Are you near the Base Station when you’re setting up the second siren, or is it already installed in a different area of the home? If it’s too far away from the Base Station, that could be why you’re experiencing an issue.
