Trouble connecting indoor cam to Mobile Broadband Hub

First Time Set Up

Second Location (not Home)

Go through set up process fine, until prompted to enter password for the mobile broadband Wifi. Upon entering code, ring camera states the password may be incorrect. I have checked this so many times, the password is not wrong.

any ideas? Or to I need to change a setting within the mobile broadband hub? Its A huawei 4g router

Hi @djharman931. This can sometimes happen if there is special characters in your password. Try changing your password to an alphanumeric only password to see if this is the cause. Let me know if this works.
