Trouble Adding Another User

We just had a Ring floodlight and camera installed yesterday. So far everything is working for one of us, but not the other. We both have iPhones with the Ring app installed. However, my phone is working, but we can’t get the other user added for some reason. Please help. I have searched this board trying to find an answer on my own, but have not been successful. TIA for your quick information so we can get us all hooked up.

Hi @RedButtons. This Help Center article here will highlight the steps you take to add a Shared User. Before starting, I suggest that the Shared User delete any old email invitations and the owner delete any old Shared User invitations. This clean slate should allow for a smooth process.
