Hi all. My paid part of Ring monitoring just started recently. Does anyone know what happened to the the Trial period videos? Mine are gone.
Hey @Papa_Ging. Did you have a lapse in service, maybe where your trial expired and you didn’t sign up until like the next day? If there is a lapse in your service, all previously stored videos will be removed and unavailable. You will need to ensure you do not have a lapse in coverage with the Protect Plan for all videos to stay there for the full storage timeframe, which can be 30-60 days depending on your region.
