Hi, we just got a new Ring doorbell as our old one was vandalised but we can’t transfer the plan across - any suggestions?
Hi @Steve_Rach. For this situation, you can just cancel the Ring Protect Plan for your old Ring Doorbell, and then subscribe your new Ring Doorbell to a new Ring Protect Plan. Once you cancel your old plan, you’ll receive a prorated refund based on the amount of unused time. This can take a few days, depending on your bank.
