We purchased a home and the previous owners left their video doorbell. How can we transfer the ownership to ourselves?

If the previous owners are unable to remove the device from their Ring account so you can set it up on your Ring account, you will need to reach out to our support team to see if they can escalate this device ownership escalation for you.
