I have a ring doorbell with a protection plan on it , this doorbell stopped working so I got a replacement , can I transfer the plan over so I can see recording on the new device ?
Hi there, @Johnkennedy! When updating your Ring Protect Plan coverage due to replacement, the transfer of prior videos can be accomplished. This process should be automatic as long as the old device was not deleted from your account before the new device was set up and the transfer took place.
If the old Ring device has been deleted already, but the videos and/or the subscription did not transfer over, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
