Hi, I have a basic ring protect plan and will be moving house in August, can I transfer the plan to the new owner? If not, can I cancel for a refund, there will be about 6 months left on the plan?

It’s important to note that you should download any videos from your Ring device that you wish to keep before canceling your plan. If you’re eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be returned to the payment method in your Ring account. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process.
