Transfer Protect Plan between devices


Some weeks ago, one of my devices became “non-responsive” - as your services called it, so I’ve bought a new one.
I had, for the broken device, a protection plan active until Jul 2022.

Can it be transferes to the new device? How?

When receiving a replacement Ring device from our support team, the transfer will take place automatically as long as the following steps are taken:

Add your replacement Ring device prior to deleting the old once. The transfer should take place automatically.
