Hi all. Can I please find out how to transfer the account of our Ring Floodlight and stick up cam to the new owner if we sell our house? Thanks 😊

    Glad you asked, @Ghey2! We have a quick and convenient [change of ownership process](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025997592-Ownership-of-a-Ring-Device), just for this scenario. As you are the owner currently, and expected to leave these devices for the new owners/ transfer ownership, please ensure you remove the devices from your Ring account when you move. This will make it easy for the new owners to setup the devices. To remove a Ring device from your account: 1. Visit your Ring app main menu, select devices, and visit each Ring device individually. 2. From each individual device page in your Ring app, select the Device Settings tile. 3. In the Device Settings section, please select General Settings. 4. There will be an option to "Remove Device". I hope this helps! :)
