I just bought a new house with a Ring doorbell installed. The previous owner removed the app before removing the device. How can I get the device to transfer to my account if the previous owner cannot remove it from their account?
Hi @Atuozzo. If you’re able to contact the original owners, you can have them re-download the Ring App and then remove the Doorbell from their account.
