I am trying to move over my ring plus account to a new install as my old doorbell needed replacing yet i cant do this. Any help plz
Hi @user17391dm. The steps @SolarEclipse provided in their reply above should help you remove your old Ring Doorbell and set up your new Ring Doorbell. If you have any concerns with your Ring Protect plan and ensuring it is set up with your new Doorbell, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
