same problem and cannot connect to ring-xxxxxx with ring sitting next to phone also strong wifi from router
Hey neighbors! Are you running into a concern with the Doorbell not connecting to the Ring AP, or after connecting to that, it does not connect to your home wifi network? Please note that during re-connecting and re-setting up the device, you will need to connect it to bluetooth on your phone and through the Ring AP, and then after it’s connected will it ask you for your wifi network name and password to finish the setup! Feel free to attach a screenshot of where your roadblock is and more detail on your situation/what Doorbell you have. Thanks!
