I’ve got ring protect for video doorbell but I’ve just added cameras and they aren’t recording to ring protect. Says I don’t have ring protect. I’ve checked and I do. Am I doing something wrong or is there a fault with Ring?
Hi @user41920. If you have the Ring Protect Basic plan, that will only apply to one device, in this case it would be your Video Doorbell. If you have the Ring Protect Plus plan, this should cover all Ring Doorbells or Cameras at one Location in the Ring app. If you’re not sure which plan you have, or need help changing your plan, you can give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here for assistance.
