When looking at History in the iPhone App, the timezone is incorrect. It appears to be Mountain time. I’m in Central. I don’t see anywhere to adjust the timezone. I have my address listed and it has been verified. How to fix?
Hey @rlburke! It sounds like you’ve done everything correctly for location settings to reflect a proper time zone. As long as the location your device is registered to in the Ring app is correct, the time zone should be proper. Please also check your phone’s time zone preferences. Try removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device if this concern is persisting. I hope this helps!
That didn’t work. I notice when I go to website from my desktop it is also incorrect.
I’m having the same issue w/no apparent resolution. I’m in Mtn Std Time region, but event times are 1 hr behind. My time issue may have begun when we switched to Daylight Svgs Time(?).
