My ring app has me go to timeline display without being able to change the setting. Anytime I go in timeline display…my whole phone freezes and can’t use it at all, I have to do a hard reboot
Hey @Coulou. Have you tried disabling the Timeline View? I recommend to go into the Ring app > Main Menu > Account > and then toggle off the Event History Timeline to see if this helps the app from crashing. If you wish to keep this feature, make sure your app is up to date, as well as your phone’s OS. You may need to remove the Ring app, reboot your phone, and reinstall the app to ensure you have the most up to date one!
