I pay monthly for this service & cannot play any videos in my timeline. My wifi speed is excellent & I’ve tried deleting the app & reinstalling it. What good is this service if something happens.
Sorry to hear about this experience, @Kainalu! Try playing these videos from the Event History section of your Ring app to see if they will play that way. Please ensure there is not a vpn enabled on your mobile device.
If possible, try also accessing the Ring app on another mobile device and testing timeline & event history playback of your recordings. You can also access recordings by visiting Ring.com via web browser and logging in. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
